Salary: $23/hr - $27/hr

What you will do
- Greet employees and guests professionally while managing access permissions and identification.
- Monitor access control systems and support guest admissions for restricted areas.
- Serve as the primary on-site coordinator during overnight shifts with high accountability.
- Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, ensuring prompt notifications and documentation.
- Process onboarding and offboarding requests to maintain accurate access provisioning.
- Provide clear shift handoff communication to day teams regarding activity and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Guest Reception, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Security.
- Experience with access control systems and issuing credentials.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site full-time at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established security protocols.
Nice to have
- 64+ college credits or Military experience.
- Experience with HID SAFE and Lenel systems.
