Location: HQ (7 marketers) and Cologne (1 marketer)
Salary: €6,000–€8,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of 8 marketers: set goals, provide feedback, and support development.
- Shape marketing strategy with co-founders, then translate it into executable campaigns, tools, and targets.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, from CRM to automation tools and integrations.
- Build dashboards and use data to track funnel performance and guide team priorities.
- Partner with Product to adapt marketing as the company shifts from sales-led to product-led growth and expands internationally.
- Coach team members with day-to-day feedback and longer-term growth plans.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS, B2B environment.
- 3+ years in people management, leading and growing a team.
- Fluent English.
- Strong data orientation: build KPIs and dashboards and use them for decisions.
- Hands-on execution mindset alongside strategic thinking.
- Experience evolving a marketing team through new ways of working, tools, or focus shifts.
Nice to have
- AI fluency: use AI tools daily and help the team adopt them.
- Dutch and German.
