What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Evolve website and LinkedIn presence, including the marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to curate and publish technical thought leadership.
• Execute distribution strategies to ensure content reaches developers, agencies, and CTOs.
• Generate concrete leads through marketing channels and pass opportunities to the team.
• Coordinate and run point on company-hosted and attended events.
• Integrate AI tools into daily research, writing, and distribution workflows to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven marketing foundation with experience in running campaigns and social media management.
• Genuine affinity for technology and a deep interest in agentic AI.
• Ability to explain complex technical products clearly and concisely.
• Strong writing and content creation skills in English (publish-ready quality).
• Proactive and curious attitude toward finding and joining industry conversations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
