What you will do

• Run and optimize email & CRM campaigns, focusing on nurture, onboarding, and retention flows.
• Manage day-to-day Pardot operations, including setup, automation rules, and engagement programs.
• Build AI-driven workflow automations using Make.com and Claude to eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Monitor deliverability and collaborate with the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager on scoring and journey logic.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct structured A/B tests to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing automation and specialist email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement).
• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Make.com and an interest in AI tools.
• English: Strong written and spoken proficiency required.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics for quick decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Spanish languages.
