What you will do

• Manage data updates across Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Deel, and iSolved.
• Handle high-volume documentation for employee lifecycle changes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Process assignment management tasks following finalized offers.
• Monitor and manage incoming employee queries via Slack.
• Maintain data integrity and strict confidentiality for sensitive employee information and salary adjustments.
• Support local HR administrative workflows in coordination with the US team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia
• Foundational experience in HR Operations, HR Support, or HR Administration.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS or payroll systems like ADP, Workday, Deel, or iSolved.
• Proven ability to manage detailed documentation with high accuracy.
• English: C1 proficiency required for multi-national stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks and maintain absolute confidentiality.
