What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups.
• Manage employee inquiries and route complex matters to People Partners.
• Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring downstream impacts are validated.
• Audit and clean employee data to support the migration to a new HR system.
• Identify data discrepancies and perform validation and QA tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like HiBob or BambooHR.
• Experience working in a fully remote, global technology environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort working with sensitive and confidential employee data.
