What you will do

  • Provide personalized "concierge-style" guidance to a global workforce regarding company policies and programs.
  • Manage high-volume HR request queues, ensuring SLAs for responsiveness and resolution are met.
  • Maintain Workday as a power user, performing complex reporting, data loads, and integrity audits.
  • Identify and re-engineer HR workflows to increase self-service adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all HR transactions are accurate and compliant with internal controls and global regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex employee cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Workday experience, including reporting and bulk data processing.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to international stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on using metrics for system enhancements.
  • Previous experience working within the Tech or Finance sectors.
