Location: Must be based in the Boston/Burlington area (Hybrid). Initially remote, transitioning to in-office 3 days per week upon office opening.

What you will do

• Build and own financial models for strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion.
• Lead financial analysis for investment cases presented to the executive leadership team, board, and PE sponsors.
• Develop and maintain the company's long-range financial plan reflecting business strategy and investor return frameworks.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, structured narratives for board-level consumption.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Operations leadership on investment prioritization and resource allocation.
• Manage and coach a Lead Financial Analyst, ensuring high analytical standards and modeling hygiene.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong command of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, Rule of 40).
• Proven ability to build sophisticated, data-driven financial models and executive presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
