What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk levels for retail and commercial financing.
• Approve or deny credit extensions within established authority and legal frameworks.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with auto dealers to meet volume and quality objectives.
• Ensure all deal documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
• Perform outbound calls to dealer customers and conduct joint dealer visits.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in research, summarization, and workflow integration.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in consumer finance or banking.
• Strong knowledge of retail automobile finance, credit laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
