What you will do

• Lead monthly financial reviews and diligence for the entire customer base.
• Conduct active risk management by identifying deteriorating credits and leading borrower diligence calls.
• Evaluate and prepare credit modifications, including line increases and term adjustments.
• Oversee operational compliance processes including KYB/KYC and UCC lien management.
• Design and maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Analyze portfolio trends to inform repricing and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk, or portfolio management.
• Strong background in Asset-Based Lending or Working Capital.
• Proven ability to manually review financial statements and write credit memos.
• Technical proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with lending operations, KYB/KYC regulations, and UCC lien perfection.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating credit rationale to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code automation tools like Power Automate, Airtable, or Zapier.
• MBA or CFA designation.
