TL;DR
VP, Agency Partnerships (AdTech): Building and leading a new strategic function to deepen relationships with global media agencies with an accent on AI-first measurement and optimization solutions. Focus on driving platform adoption, influencing product strategy, and establishing executive-level partnerships across the TV advertising ecosystem.
Location: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Hybrid schedule required for those local to New York, NY or Bellevue, WA (1-3 days/week in office).
Salary: $207,000–$300,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Establish and lead the Agency Partnerships function from the ground up, defining the vision and operating model.
- Serve as the executive ambassador to agency holding companies and independent media investment leaders.
- Develop scalable programs to increase agency awareness, education, and utilization of measurement solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to embed platform tools into agency planning and buying workflows.
- Facilitate the adoption of AI-based optimization solutions within agency processes.
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in TV measurement, adtech, programmatic media, or media analytics.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Deep existing relationships with agency holding companies and media investment leaders.
- Proven success building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and product adoption.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new programs or functions.
Nice to have
- Experience in television, streaming, digital video, or DSPs.
- Familiarity with outcome-based measurement, incrementality, attribution, or media mix modeling.
- Experience bringing emerging advertising technologies to market.
