What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Plan, design, and implement new features for fleet maintenance.
• Engage in collaborative architecture and design discussions.
• Write well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
• Research and implement prototypes to validate technical feasibility.
• Review peer code to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional technical initiatives
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development and UI/UX design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in fleet management, transportation technology, logistics, or telematics
