What you will do

• Develop full-stack applications for fast-paced startups using React and either Ruby, Golang, or Node.js.
• Architect and build complex projects from scratch, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate directly with technical clients to discuss business tasks and justify technical decisions.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deliver high-quality code in an environment with minimal supervision and no micromanagement.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial expertise in React.js combined with either Ruby, Golang, or Node.js.
• English: C1 level required for effective business communication and self-presentation.
• Location: Must be based in one of the 75+ supported countries (LatAm, Europe, NA, APAC, Oceania, Africa).
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is mandatory.
• Ability to work full-time remotely without direct supervision.

Nice to have

• Expertise in AI-assisted coding.
• Experience with Next.js.
