TL;DR

CRM & Lifecycle Lead (Medtech): Designing and executing data-driven patient retention and lifecycle strategies to support patients throughout their weight-management journey with an accent on multi-channel engagement and personalization. Focus on building automated onboarding flows, optimizing retention touchpoints, and leveraging healthcare data to improve patient outcomes.

Location: Hybrid setup (3 days a week in the Old Street office, London, UK)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns via email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Personalize communications for specific patient cohorts using data and insights to improve the patient journey.
  • Create high-quality, empathetic content focused on nutrition, weight loss, and health.
  • Design automated onboarding flows, retention touchpoints, and reactivation strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing and report on key engagement and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or Braze.
  • Experience with analytics platforms including Tableau, Mixpanel, or Metabase.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating engaging and empathetic patient content.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of running A/B tests and optimizing user journeys.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office according to the hybrid policy.
