Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (office-centric schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office)

Salary: $182,000 – $207,000

What you will do

  • Strengthen the growth funnel operating model by connecting product behavior, marketing systems, and revenue workflows.
  • Optimize and own systems infrastructure supporting the PLG funnel across CDP, CRM, and lifecycle tooling.
  • Design and operationalize Product Qualified Lead (PQL) workflows, including scoring logic, trigger criteria, and routing rules.
  • Translate ICP definitions and product usage patterns into actionable audience segmentation frameworks.
  • Enable lifecycle marketing through scalable segmentation and event-driven campaign infrastructure.
  • Partner with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to build scoring models and diagnose funnel friction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience with product-led or self-serve funnels using CDPs, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to manage complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Analytical foundation to partner with Data Science on scoring models and data quality investigations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office according to the hybrid schedule.
  • Ability to translate operational complexity into practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.

  • Experience operationalizing PQL scoring frameworks or optimizing data flows between product analytics and CRM.
