What you will do

• Manage 5-12 simultaneous sourcing projects, including RFx, reverse auctions, and negotiations.
• Assess project requirements, perform due diligence, and validate data for bid packages.
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle from spend analysis and supplier discovery to bid synthesis.
• Negotiate software enterprise licensing and professional services agreements.
• Develop and customize templates for RFx, pricing, and proposal evaluations.
• Collaborate with category managers to define sourcing strategies and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in eSourcing tools such as Ariba, Iasta, or Zycus.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, data synthesis).
• Experience in software environment and enterprise licensing negotiations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
