Salary: $103,500 - $174,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect and technology spend from planning through implementation.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms, pricing, and SLAs to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Tech stakeholders to define requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze spend and market benchmarks to identify opportunities and track savings.
• Facilitate executive-level conversations with VP and SVP stakeholders to drive commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional senior leaders.
• Must be based in the United States
