Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst: Supporting the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and vendor lifecycle management with an accent on contract administration, invoice dispute resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in Greater Chicago, IL or Greater Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-person collaboration.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles for SaaS and technology vendors, including intake, review, and renewal tracking.
• Develop and document procurement policies, SOPs, and intake workflows to ensure operational consistency.
• Serve as the primary owner for vendor invoice disputes, investigating billing variances and communicating with vendor billing contacts.
• Partner with Finance on PO creation, invoice matching, and resolving process bottlenecks.
• Guide internal stakeholders through procurement intake processes and support sourcing events like RFIs and RFPs.
• Maintain vendor contract repositories and ensure compliance with security and data requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or related operations/finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one P2P or procurement platform such as Coupa, Zip, or Ironclad.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with contract redlining basics and commercial terms.
• Must be based in Greater Chicago, IL or Greater Atlanta, GA.
