Procurement Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, available only in the designated US hub locations of Greater Chicago, IL and Greater Atlanta, GA

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 annual base salary, plus potential bonuses and equity awards.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for SaaS, services, and technology vendors, including intake, review, execution, renewals, and repository maintenance.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding, documentation collection, risk assessments, and security and compliance reviews.
• Develop procurement policies, SOPs, intake workflows, and a procurement center of excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable on purchase orders, invoice matching, accruals, and process bottlenecks.
• Build procurement dashboards covering spend, vendor counts, contract coverage, and cycle times.
• Investigate and resolve vendor invoice disputes, including overcharges, incorrect seat counts, credits, and pricing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, or finance.
• Hands-on experience with at least one P2P or procurement platform such as Coupa, Zip, Ironclad, or SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor relationship management for indirect categories.
• Familiarity with contract redlining, commercial terms, and collaboration with Legal.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, detail-orientation, and project-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a procurement function build-out or working in a lean, early-stage procurement environment.
• Experience working within a global company in or outside the US.
