Salary: $151,200–$204,500 minimum to maximum annual base salary (midpoint: $177,900).

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, set engagement/prioritization models, and raise the bar for analytical quality, QA, documentation, and peer review.
- Own the Sales & Marketing analytics roadmap across Marketing & Channels and Sales & Partnerships pods, translating ambiguous questions into analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Define and operationalize advanced marketing measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality, experimentation, forecasting) as a unified decision-making system tied to CAC, LTV, payback, and revenue efficiency.
- Build analytics and decision-support tools for sales, partnerships, and revenue funnel performance (funnel health, lead quality, conversion, productivity, partner/referral performance).
- Influence executives by turning complex analysis into clear narratives, trade-offs, and actionable operating review insights.
- Advance Analytics 2.0 by scaling self-serve analytics, automation, and responsible AI/agentic workflows for diagnostics, forecasting, attribution, causal inference, and QA.
Requirements
- People leadership experience managing analytics professionals (including hiring, performance reviews, and development planning).
- Deep Sales & Marketing/GTM analytics expertise in a high-growth SaaS or subscription environment, including customer acquisition economics (CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, pipeline quality, sales efficiency).
- Hands-on expertise with advanced marketing measurement methods (attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, forecasting) and strong judgment about method limitations.
- Expert SQL skills and strong advanced analytics capabilities (cohort analysis, experimentation, forecasting, scenario analysis, and causal inference such as difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching, or regression discontinuity).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for modeling/automation and experience with modern data stacks and BI tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake/Redshift, Looker/Tableau).
- Based in one of the hub cities in Canada (Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo) and able to attend the office at least 1 day per week.
