Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 CAD base annually (Total compensation $117,000 - $146,250 CAD)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the "Card LOB Master View" to track client acquisition, supplier enrollment, and payment delivery metrics.
• Act as the steward for supplier network data, ensuring overall data hygiene, structure, and governance.
• Design tooling and cross-functional workflows to optimize data flow between front-end teams and back-end financial reporting.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and deploy intelligent, automated workflows to accelerate revenue generation.
• Build and deploy AI agents within enterprise platforms to automate reporting and speed up insight generation.
• Maintain strategic dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce, defining the underlying business logic.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Practical experience creating AI agents, prompts, or advanced workflows (e.g., Claude, Glean).
• Advanced data modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including forecasting and macros.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce for reporting, funnel tracking, and dashboarding.
• Experience collaborating with data teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
