Senior Customer Analytics Manager (Sales & Partnerships): Leading strategic analytics for the acquisition domain with an accent on sales performance, partnership effectiveness, and funnel optimization. Focus on driving business decisions through advanced modeling, experimentation, and cross-functional influence to improve customer acquisition quality and long-term value.

Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to attend the office at least 1 day per week.

Compensation: $151,200 – $204,500 USD per year.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales and Partnerships leadership to drive acquisition growth.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses across the acquisition funnel, including lead quality, conversion, and sales productivity.
  • Define and govern KPIs for acquisition, pipeline health, and downstream customer value.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques such as impact evaluation, simulation modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and BI Engineering to improve data foundations and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Communicate complex insights through executive-ready narratives to influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
  • Expert-level SQL skills for complex relational data structures.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or go-to-market analytics.
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau and experience with Python, dbt, and Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and mentor analysts as a senior individual contributor.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and productionized analytics workflows.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted analytics and predictive modeling.
