Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects in high-performance environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
