Focus on unifying a fragmented AI platform across multiple locations while driving platform strategy, architecture decisions, and execution.

Salary: $160K–$210K base pay + equity

What you will do

• Own the customer-facing agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.
• Define and drive prompt consolidation from multiple locations into a unified platform, sequencing work and aligning engineering, data, and operations.
• Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot and keep execution moving.
• Make emerging technology decisions for voicebot and computer use; influence AI investment decisions and manage the OpenAI relationship and hirify.global presence in the ChatGPT store.
• Balance platform strategy with keeping the current AI platform running.
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve production-grade outcomes.

Requirements

• Residency requirement: must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA or Ontario, Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong technologist mindset: hands-on with AI systems (modern LLMs) and prompt engineering workflows.
• Comfort with technical discussions around API design and system architecture; ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences.
• Data-driven approach with SQL proficiency to investigate and validate hypotheses.
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
