What you will do

• Own the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven workflow solutions.
• Engage with business teams to identify automation opportunities and conduct user research.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Design and prototype AI workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and legal teams to move solutions from concept to production.
• Define and measure success metrics, product adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI, ML, or automation solutions into production.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently prototype AI solutions using modern development tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for user engagement and business discovery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git, Python, JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
• Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or mortgage finance.
