What you will do

• Operate alpha, beta, and GA programs, recruiting design partners and transforming insights into prioritized product work.
• Manage the launch calendar and readiness cadence, running checkpoints across Product, Eng, Research, Safety, and Legal.
• Develop systems to capture, triage, and synthesize user feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate high-impact events such as Dev Day demos, rollout waves, and partner showcases.
• Build internal automation tools using code, no-code, or AI to scale operational functions.
• Codify best practices and mentor peers to scale the Product Operations function.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Product Operations at scaling tech companies.
• Proven track record of working closely with Product/Engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to build tools and systems to simplify and scale internal processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Technical understanding of LLM-powered agents, including tool use and safety constraints.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation scripts.
• Experience with no-code platforms like Airtable, Retool, and Zapier.
• Skill in data analysis using SQL, Google Sheets automations, or Databricks.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and terminal/CLI proficiency.
• Familiarity with hirify.global tools and APIs (ChatGPT, Codex, function calling).
