Location: Remote (USA). Requires occasional onsite visits to Woodlawn, MD (initial onboarding week and quarterly visits). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust.

What you will do

• Support Juniper routing and switching tasks including configuration, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Contribute to technical projects under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
• Assist in the creation and review of detailed technical documentation.
• Identify and escalate project issues to leadership or senior team members.
• Follow company policies and maintain accurate project and forecast information.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to obtain/maintain a public trust.
• Around 4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Active CCNP certification or equivalent (JNCIS-ENT welcome).
• Demonstrated experience with Juniper routing and switching platforms.
• Solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/Layer 3 fundamentals.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
