Network Technical Staff (Juniper)

Location: Woodlawn, MD, USA area; candidates outside a 50-mile radius may work remotely but must spend approximately one week onsite after access and credentialing, followed by at least one onsite day per quarter where feasible.

What you will do

• Contribute to technical projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Juniper routing and switching platforms.
• Support live enterprise infrastructure engagements and day-to-day network operations.
• Produce detailed technical documentation with review and feedback.
• Escalate issues that may affect projects to senior engineers or leadership.

Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
• Active CCNP certification or equivalent; Juniper certifications such as JNCIS-ENT or JNCIP are also accepted.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Juniper routing and switching platforms.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and standard Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking fundamentals.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
