What you will do

• Manage and maintain core network monitoring systems.
• Perform full fault troubleshooting, problem isolation, and corrective actions.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including IP assignment and DNS setup.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve service impacts and perform upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and WIKI processes for the NOC.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for core network and datacenter infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operation is required.
• JNCIA or CCNA certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and IPSec.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall devices.
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.

Nice to have

• JNCIP or CCNP certification.
• Experience with SD-WAN deployment.
• Experience with VOIP and VPN security protocols.
