What you will do

• Manage and maintain core network monitoring systems and perform full fault troubleshooting.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including IP assignment, DNS setup, and NNI ports.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve service impacts and perform network upgrades.
• Execute controlled core and edge network changes by implementing MOPs.
• Maintain technical documentation and WIKI processes for the Network Operation Centre.
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for core network and datacenter infrastructure services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operation is required.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall devices.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocols (STP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec) and WAN technologies.
• JNCIA or CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and network administration.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.

Nice to have

• JNCIP or CCNP certification.
• Experience with SD-WAN deployment.
• Experience with VoIP, VPNs, and security protocols.
