What you will do

• Manage and maintain core network monitoring systems and infrastructure.
• Perform full fault troubleshooting, problem isolation, and corrective actions.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including DNS, IP assignment, and NNI services.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve service impacts and perform upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and WIKI processes for the Network Operation Centre.
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for core network and datacenter services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operation is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall devices.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocols (STP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSec) and WAN technologies.
• JNCIA or CCNA certification is required (JNCIP or CCNP preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SD-WAN deployment.
• Experience with VOIP, VPNs, and security protocols.
