What you will do

• Manage job postings across various platforms.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain data accuracy and pipeline integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to manage preboarding and onboarding logistics.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating complex calendars across time zones.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Personio.
• Background in supporting recruitment for engineering, technology, or regulated industries.
