Recruiter (Manufacturing): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for advanced manufacturing roles with an accent on candidate sourcing, evaluation, and stakeholder management. Focus on building sustainable talent pipelines, utilizing advanced Boolean search, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) — must be able to work from the office in Dahlewitz 2 times per week

What you will do

  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and recommend search approaches.
  • Source qualified candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, social media, and networking sites.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening applicants via ATS to negotiating job offers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a consistent slate of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate qualifications with business needs and market data.
  • Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared and well-informed.

Requirements

  • German language proficiency is required.
  • Experience recruiting within the advanced manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
