What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring processes across assigned roles, from intake to closing candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines from scratch via direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Drive hiring decisions using clear signals and data-driven feedback.
  • Optimize recruitment speed by removing delays and streamlining feedback loops.
  • Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to increase the quality of hires.
  • Enhance employer branding through content, messaging, and improved candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Track record of successfully closing roles in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong direct sourcing ability to generate pipelines independently.
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond the resume.
  • Capability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with consistency and speed.
  • Clear and direct communication skills for interacting with hiring managers and candidates.
