What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, maintaining authority over technical and administrative performance objectives.
• Lead PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and executive-level briefings in alignment with SAFe governance.
• Oversee strategic planning, milestone management, and risk mitigation for mission-critical healthcare applications.
• Coordinate resource allocation, onboarding, and personnel transitions to ensure continuity of service.
• Maintain transparent communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative and government leadership.
• Perform as a supervisor, managing employee goals, timesheets, and adherence to corporate policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including 5+ years managing complex federal IT programs.
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident with at least 3 years of residency in the United States.
• Expert knowledge of Agile SAFe environments and DevSecOps delivery models.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and VA Office of Information Technology governance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
