Finance Project Manager

Location: Miami, FL or Tampa, FL; remote or hybrid options listed. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Salary: $74,741.33–$96,096 per year

What you will do

• Oversee financial and procurement service workflows for a large federal agency initiative.
• Manage processing procedures and ensure required processes are followed.
• Supervise a small team of financial analysts.
• Coordinate frequently with government case managers and Department of Justice agency staff.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure accurate, timely delivery of work.
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.

Requirements

• At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Expert knowledge of finance systems, including SAS.
• Ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously.
• Strong writing, oral communication, management, and client-interaction skills, including communication with attorneys.
• Knowledge of office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet and server-based databases, and related applications.
• US citizenship, an undergraduate degree, and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust security clearance are required.
