What you will do

• Oversee financial and procurement processing workflows within the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Manage and mentor a small team of financial analysts.
• Perform active quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time.
• Maintain frequent communication with Government Case Managers and DOJ agency staff.
• Train staff on data entry and updates within proprietary databases.
• Ensure all established processes and procedures are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-critical support activities simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with clients and attorneys.
