Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Own overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initiation to close.
• Utilize Waterfall and Agile methodologies to plan and deliver technology solutions based on SOW.
• Liaise with clients, end users, and vendors to define and document project requirements.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project stability.
• Facilitate project ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and support other project managers in following PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for oral and written presentations.
• Ability to analyze complex assignments and prioritize problems effectively.

Nice to have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
