hirify.global is a subscription management and billing platform designed for B2B SaaS companies to streamline quote-to-cash processes.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic discovery to map quote-to-cash processes and identify system friction points.
  • Design target end-state solutions across CRM, ERP, and hirify.global platforms.
  • Run tailored demos and workshops for expansion opportunities, targeting personas from Sales Ops to CFOs.
  • Act as a technical and strategic counterpart for CSMs on renewals and strategic accounts.
  • Provide architecture reviews, RFP responses, and security questionnaire support.
  • Feed structured market and customer feedback back to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, or implementation consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global implementation or similar billing/subscription management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the full process chain including quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
  • Fluent in professional English, with proficiency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical conversations with stakeholders like CFOs and RevOps teams.
  • Must be comfortable working across European time zones with occasional travel.
