Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the clinical data product suite.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–4 product managers.
• Drive discovery with clinical stakeholders to identify unmet needs and validate product solutions.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into actionable requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Partner with data science to integrate new clinical datasets and models into production.
• Define success metrics and report on engagement, data quality, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Clinical credential or equivalent depth: MD, PharmD, NP, PA, RN, MPH, or 5+ years in clinical health IT or real-world evidence.
• 5+ years in B2B product management, preferably on data-intensive or analytics products in healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience managing product managers, including roadmap and performance ownership.
• Working knowledge of clinical data standards such as ICD, CPT, SNOMED, or RxNorm.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial functions.
• Comfortable using data to validate decisions; SQL or Python experience is a strong plus.
