What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal and external applications.
• Drive discovery activities by collaborating with users, design, and technical teams to create effective solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to market.
• Analyze escalated issues and defects in collaboration with the Production Support team.
• Coordinate with the Launch Operations team on new feature releases.
• Track and report on key product KPIs and project success metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with internal or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Proven ability to engage constructively with engineers, designers, and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on user insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
