What you will do

• Collaborate with business leadership, stakeholders, and users to define and document requirements, objectives, and success metrics.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions and specifications.
• Support story creation and refine backlog by prioritizing work and aligning stakeholders on delivery goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of system functionality and business rules to support project work and operational activities.
• Resolve support issues and drive process/product improvements using analysis tools and technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operational Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and test management platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
