What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner for engineering organizations and the Bloomington manufacturing site.
  • Align people strategies with business priorities to drive organizational and business outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor junior employees to build leadership capability across the team.
  • Implement performance management, talent development, and organizational design strategies.
  • Utilize data and insights to proactively address workforce challenges and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver inclusive global HR programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Bloomington, MN during core business hours.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability to support a 24/7 operation, including flexibility for off-shift needs when necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Analytical skills for data-driven recommendations and trend analysis.
  • Experience with site compliance audits such as ISO-9001, Business Continuity Management, and RBA.
