Location: Must be based in the Washington DC metro area and able to work from the Arlington, VA office at least 1 day per week.
Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 per year.

What you will do
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within a defined Federal Civilian territory.
- Develop and execute enterprise-level account plans to secure deals with federal agencies.
- Manage and forecast sales pipelines accurately using Salesforce.
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, systems integrators, and federal consultants.
- Navigate complex federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and legal terms for high-value software contracts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience specifically selling to the US Federal Government.
- Must be based in the Washington DC metro area with the ability to work from the Arlington, VA office at least 1 day per week.
- Deep knowledge of US Federal Civilian agency organization, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
- Proven track record of closing software deals exceeding $1M ARR.
- Experience designing and implementing successful federal enterprise sales campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
