Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with assigned Clinical Oncology Specialists to maintain and support existing customer accounts.
• Build and cultivate relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
• Analyze patient testing data to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols.
• Provide customer support, coordinate logistics, and solve problems for medical professionals and staff.
• Educate medical staff on tools and resources for effective test order management.
• Maintain internal KPIs related to patient retention and order volume.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Antonio, TX region.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in medical assistance, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing, or at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
