Salary: $100k base + $100k commission

What you will do

• Spend approximately 4 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers.
• Proactively prospect and identify new provider partners to expand the referral network.
• Build trust and credibility with medical offices to convert leads into loyal referral partners.
• Foster long-term relationships with physicians, office managers, and medical assistants.
• Refine field engagement processes and share best practices to strengthen the team.

Requirements

• Must be located in Queens, Brooklyn, or Long Island, New York.
• Proven success in provider-facing field sales within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
• Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills with a professional presence.
