What you will do
- Partner with clinical account managers and executives to manage the full client lifecycle from implementation to renewal.
- Execute client benefit requests, including eligibility changes, overrides, and new plan implementations.
- Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to ensure coding accuracy.
- Conduct claim reviews to proactively identify discrepancies and develop resolution strategies.
- Research and resolve sponsor and member inquiries regarding claims processing and system configuration.
- Coordinate data integration and collaborate cross-functionally to support general client operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC, NYC, or Denver, CO.
- Undergraduate bachelorβs degree with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, or benefits consulting.
- Proven track record of building trusting relationships and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high organizational flexibility.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL.
