What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for clinical trial products from discovery and concept to launch and iteration.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify opportunities and prioritize product improvements.
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications in collaboration with engineering and design.
- Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory expectations (21 CFR, GxP, GDPR) in healthcare environments.
- Identify and leverage AI, machine learning, and data-driven approaches to improve product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare).
- 4+ years of product management experience in clinical trials, digital health, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, web/mobile platforms, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with tools like Jira.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Knowledge of regulated healthcare compliance frameworks such as 21 CFR, GxP, or GDPR.
