What you will do

• Manage profitability and lifecycle activities of complex infusion pump product lines.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to increase market share and profits.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from clinicians and stakeholders.
• Create and execute launch plans for new products and decommissioning plans for retired ones.
• Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on product requirements and documentation.
• Monitor product performance and post-market surveillance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience or knowledge of capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Must be based in Bethlehem, PA for hybrid work.
• Valid driver's license and passport for occasional business travel.
• Compliance with healthcare customer vaccination requirements is mandatory for clinical site access.
