Salary: 1,350,000 – 1,450,000 NOK

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Team Navigator, grounded in user insights and municipal needs.
• Lead the product trio (engineering and design) through modern discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
• Systematically integrate AI tools to analyze feedback at scale, prototype concepts, and accelerate delivery.
• Scale the onboarding system to support municipalities via content management and role-based experiences.
• Optimize the landing page and shared navigation elements to reduce friction and improve user workflows.
• Collaborate with customer success and municipal stakeholders to ensure product adoption and real-world value.

Requirements

• Fluent/professional Norwegian (C1+) required.
• 5+ years of experience leading product teams through modern discovery and delivery.
• Proven experience prototyping and building with AI tools and agentic software.
• Expertise in utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights, user research, and product metrics.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in Norway.

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding or learning products in regulated environments.
• Background in platform work or information architecture.
• Experience shipping production AI features, including evals and guardrails.
• Experience in SaaS or municipal/healthcare systems.
