What you will do

• Drive sales growth and provide technical, marketing, and administrative product demonstrations to current and prospective customers.
• Deliver clinical support, troubleshooting, and follow-ups during surgical procedures in hospitals and clinics.
• Partner with surgeons and operating room staff to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Conduct product training and in-services for assigned neurosurgical product portfolios.
• Manage account records, sales expenses, and personal sales sample inventory according to company SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of medical device sales experience selling to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Must be located in the Nashville, TN area or within reasonable proximity to support the territory.
• Ability to comply with healthcare customer requirements, including vendor credentialing, background checks, and mandatory vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza).

Nice to have

• Experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Spine, ENT, and/or Plastics.
