What you will do

  • Achieve services bookings and margin objectives across professional, support, and AI platform operations services.
  • Partner with account executives to identify, qualify, and close complex services opportunities.
  • Increase services attach rates across infrastructure and software sales.
  • Develop compelling service proposals, engagement plans, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutions architecture, and customer success teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in alignment with leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology or services sales.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise buying committees.
  • Strong understanding of AI/HPC environments, cloud platforms, and data center operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business productivity tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling managed services, AI operations, or cloud operations services.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue, subscription models, or value-based pricing.
  • Experience working within ecosystem partner models.
