Salary: $216,000 - $507,000 (Annual combined base and target-level sales compensation)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to increase market share in Data Center and Routing networking.
  • Lead proactive campaigns to build the sales pipeline and qualify, negotiate, and close complex opportunities.
  • Establish consultative relationships with C-level executives at mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with account managers to integrate full-portfolio solutions including hardware, software, and services.
  • Maintain deep expertise in industry trends, competitor offerings, and client business structures to ensure credibility.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage account plans, forecast business, and balance strategic and tactical pursuits.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related sales experience in networking technology.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of selling complex networking solutions to Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in setting sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage at the C-level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
